I had an set an appointment for my kid @1pm.. You walk into the office & their a people full of people. Everyone’s appointment is @1.. After waiting 40 plus minutes, you see the employees walking in with lunch.. After waiting another 45 minutes they start calling patients to the back.. That’s 90 minutes of just waiting to be seen for a routine cleaning.

I have braces that I’ve had for 3/12 year’s placed in at this location initially under Kool smiles. I’ve currently experienced three different orthodontist at this location. Now it’s time for me to get my braces removed and the current Orthodontist is telling me she doesn’t feel comfortable doing a tooth adjustment after she takes my braces off, because of a buildup that I have on one of my teeth. Which should be her job to do after removing braces. I’m not sure what’s going on..but I get the feeling they might be closing soon because everything seems to be a big rush with them. But behind all of the money I’ve spent, There’s no way she’s just about to take these braces off.. give me a retainer and send me on my way. Searching for someone else to give me a teeth adjustment. Possibly following needing another retainer. “MORE MONEY“

I am very unsatisfied with their customer service. After my kids weight was taken the female had an attitude with my kids and raised her voice with them. Your not going to handle my kids any kind of way. So unprofessional. She told my kids to follow her and they stood up to follow her and she raised her voice to tell them pay attention. I told her something about that. You will not raise your voice at my kids and they were doing as told. I didn't really feel comfortable letting them go in the back with her by their self (they make the parents sit in the waiting room) because I didn't know what kind of treatment they was going to get in the back.

Waited for over 2 hours cause they had all my information wrong along with what I was there for wrong. The dentist was very rude, tho the dental assistants were nice.
