I am so glad our family found Dental Arts of New Orleans! The office is well maintained and clean. Del the receptionist was very sweet and quick to get our family in for appointments. Dr. Benoit and Natasha helped fix a retainer issue I had in a timely manner and made the retainer feel better than it was before. Molly did a great job with our dental cleanings and shared recommendations to keep our oral care in top shape. Our exams by Dr. Benoit and Dr. Richard were thorough, gentle, and educational. Just a great experience overall! Don't hesitate to give them a call, they take great care of their patients. You won't be disappointed!

Wow I've got nothing but amazing things to say about Dental Arts! Recommended by a friend (also a dentist), my experience with Dental Arts as a new patient was extraordinary. The office is extremely clean and very well decorated. Filling out forms and transferring my patient information was a breeze. My hygienist, Molly, was very thorough and gentle during the cleaning and provided great follow-up information for at-home care. Dr. Richard's examination after went smoothly as well. The entire team is so sweet and I look forward to going back for my 6 mo!

I love this place. I came across them when I moved to the West Bank last year and I couldn’t be happier to be a patient there! Very clean and well organized office. Friendly staff and a communicative receptionist who is always willing to work with you for appointment times. every time I go there I fall asleep in the chair because it is such a relaxing environment and I think that’s a rare quality to find in a dental office. I will continue going there even when I move back to the East next year.

I have been to different dentist over the years, and they were all good. However, Gizelle Richard, DDS and her staff are the best! They do not lecture, preach or make a patient feel self conscious. They educate!nAdditionally, teeth whitening procedures can be somewhat uncomfortable, their equipment in use, is state of the art and wonderful results can be achieved.

I have been a resident of New Orleans, both on the West Bank in Algiers and on St. Charles Avenue. For more than 30 years Dr. Gizelle Richard has been my family's dentist expertly treating my wife, myself, and our three children with expertise and a caring attitude through out the many decades. We continue to receive wonderful care both from the dental hygienist, all dental surgery, and using their orthodontist for my children. I highly recommend Dental Arts with no reservations for all of your dental needs backed up by decades of their caring, expert experience in all phases of dentistry. It's well worth even crossing the Crescent City Connection to receive their expert care while living on the East Bank.
