Bought a car from top to bottom autos. Owner was not honest about the mileage. I checked vehicle report online before purchase. Mileage showed 130,000. After purchase I rechecked the vehicle report and mileage had been altered (car had 218,000). Also, owner never gave me the title nor registration for my car. He says to meet him to pick it up and never shows up. He never answers the phone and is never at place of business. After two months no reply no title no registration. Contacted Auto dealer association to learn he is operating without a dealer's license. Beware!!!

I typically don't write reviews but given the experience we had at Top 2 Bottom , I feel compelled to. Buying a car at best is stressful. Finding the best possible deal takes patience and discipline and a certain level of trust and transparency between the buyer and the dealer. i'm not sure what happen with a few other reviews i read but something you can't make everyone when it comes to used cars. Working with this company was refreshing. Not only are they just kind people, I felt like they were actually working with us as opposed to holding back data and information that helped us understand our options. They were kind, really listened to what our family needed, and helped us land on a great solution for our family car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. .

Scam. Sold me a car that the transmission went out on 2 days after paying cash for the car. Asked for my money back and was told he would have to sell the car first before refunding me my money. When purchasing was told that I was given a 90 day motor and transmission warranty. It’s been 2 months and still haven’t replaced the transmission. Do not go to wish I would have known. But court is next I’m in the process of suing right now

Takes your down payment and doesn’t deliver a car. Writes bad checks and doesn’t want to give you your money back. Don’t go to him he’s slimy thief.

I will report you to the better business bureau..this business is a scam artist. You sale merchandise that belongs to someone else. Take people down payments and do not work with them to get them into a new car
