I always have a great experience when I go into the service department to get my 4 runner serviced and maintained. Service advisors are trustworthy and I do not feel like I am getting taken advantage of like I have had done at other dealerships. Toyota of New Orleans is a place I can trust and will always do business with. Hands down the best Toyota Dealership I have been to in a while. Today was another great experience getting my oil change and rotation.

Shout out to Matthew Smith who made my experience here from start to finish an amazing one ,literally ! He has a lot of patience, drive, and was consistent.. I was at work and here he was looking through his inventory to see what car he thought I would like(sending me pics) I know I wasn’t easy to deal with ) . He was Straight up and down with my purchase and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my car. Even on his off day he checked in to make sure I was taken care of by finance and I was ! It was the bow on the car ,waiting in the parking lot for me ,when I got there for me :) . ...no credit ..low credit ..BAD CREDIT .. he’s your go to person . Let him help you .

I drove from Baton Rouge to New Orleans East to check out a used '07 F-150. I had verified that morning and then an hour and half prior that it was there and available. When I arrived, they greeted me and we walked to look at the vehicle. During our walk over, they attempted to sell me an '04 which had previously been in an accident... the bumper was still hanging. I told them that I was only interested in the '07 which we looked at, test drove and it was pretty much as expected. I told them that I was going to look at a few others I had identified and get back to them. The salesman asked me talk to his manager before I left, to which I agreed. After waiting about 10 minutes the manager came in and informed me that the '07 was not available as it was going to auction. Then, proceeded to try to sell me other vehicles with much higher mileage.

The process of buying a car is usually a dreaded one, but this was very different. I made an appointment, discussed what I was looking for, saw the vehicles, discussed finances, and made my decision. The entire process was done in a very relaxed stress free environment. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to the customers and their needs. There was no pressure or stress involved in the process. I would highly recommend Toyota of New Orleans!!

5 star customer service from the team! My sister & I have been searching for a specific car for a specific price for 2.4 months. After discussing about it back & forth, we purchased the car of my sisters dreams!nnAsk for the amazing Jermaine Youngblood!
