I’ve purchased 4 Trucks from This Dealership. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the staff members. VanFortune was my salesman who I highly recommend he didn’t BS me, he didn’t have me sitting around waiting, he was awesome. I also had a problem with the Automatic Running boards on the Truck, Blake in The Service Department was very Generous and nice. He got my problem corrected with no hassle and no run around. I know they get a lot of bad reviews But all of my experiences with this Dealership has been awesome.
I have used this dealer for purchasing trucks and getting warranty work done for a few years now. They are always on top of concerns and always tries their best to help the customer. I have no complaints and recommend everyone to give them a shot to earn your business!
I have never had such good customer service at a dealership before. The service team at Premier was fantastic. The person who helped me on 2/20 (forgot his name) was very thorough with going over the inspection report.
My deal literally took 2 hours and Mario was excellent. I was so nervous about getting approved and I was able to drive away with a car. Thank you so much, this was an awesomely experience.
