Simmons is great. I have purchased firearms and ammo from them at great prices, even during a pandemic. Shipping was always fast, and the customer service is amazing. I will always purchase from Simmons, and highly recommend them.

I bought a pair of waders in September 2019 that had a two year warranty. About 8 to 10 months later I brought them to swap out because they had a seam leak. After I wore these once or twice I noticed another leak. I brought them back to Simmons sporting goods again and They put them in their water tank and verified another seam leak around the boot. The customer service representative I spoke to at Simmons told me they would not swap it out for another pair because I already got my warranty replacement. I explained to her that warranty is warranting a faulty product within the specified amount of time and this product is faulty and within that amount of time but she still would not swap it. I have a hunting trip that I’m leaving for in seven days so this is quite a problem now. The $500 pair of waders should be honored a little better than that in my opinion especially if the Waders I was handed off the shelf already had a leaknnEDIT: The drake 4in1 eqwader has a 2 year warranty as advertise in the store and online.nnDrake also offers an out of the box warranty separate from the 2year warranty for waders that leak out of the box which is what my replacement pair did.nnI was offered a “small discount” off the next pair not a new pair at cost.nnDRAKE ended up replacing the waders with no questions asked.

Huge store with tons of great merchandise for deer and duck hunters alike. Great prices as well. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the store was very clean. I do recommend and will visit again!

Outstanding service and friendly atmosphere. I drove from Baton Rouge just to get ammo and ended up purchasing a firearm as well... Entire staff was very helpful the entire time, the owner was present as well... One of the nicest gentlemen that I've ever met.. Definitely will be shopping here again...
