I just wanted to share that since I started using Serenity’s waxing services around 8 months ago, I have been so pleased with the results!!! Less growth in between sessions, with no irritation or ingrown hairs! Keeping up with appointments is necessary, and well worth it. I would absolutely recommend her services and her professionalism any day, to anyone in North Louisiana!
She's knowledgeable about skin care and beauty procedures. The waxing was actually quick and efficient. I didn't spend as much time on the table as I thought I would spend.

I really want to pin a post on professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to educate clients and potential clients! Since following Serenity and becoming her client, I have watched her put in every effort to educate us on skincare! She’s always patient and kind when I have specific questions about skincare products and starting daily regimens! I’m sure that making her money is important, but when you genuinely express your heart and desire for your craft, it makes your clients feel the respect and care for themselves more! Real talk, A lot of the jewels she’s dropping, I NEVER KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT THEM!! This lady is THAT ESTY!! In her words “it’s all about the sauce!” Keep saucing me Serenity!! Ever loyal be!!
On point‼ufe0f My brows are always waxed to perfection and I’m not left looking bald faced! I used her services for my first Brazilian and I was very satisfied! She was so sweet throughout the process. Talked me through the whole experience and made it as painless as possible. The wax was not bad! If you’re feeling scared of what other people say, I recommend trying Serenity because I can’t relate to the pain they describe! Professionalism couldn’t be better from booking to services offered!
