Technicians have not shown up TWICE in a row as of today. I have requested a supervisor call back TWICE and have not gotten one. I will be looking to terminate my service ASAP and move to another company. Disconnects and slow speeds started 6 weeks ago. I'm getting 1 meg down and paying for 200. Their service is so bad I'm actually astounded. Complete indifference and incompetence on every level. One customer service rep actually hung up in my face! Suddenlink is the worst.

We cancelled our service last year because we were moving and they didn't service the area we were moving to. During the new year, we recieved a notice saying we still owed them equipment. That was news to us, because the day we cancelled the rep. said we didn't owe them ANY equipment. So I call Suddenlink and the rep said he would remove the charge and we just needed to drop off the equipment at our suddenlink office and that is what my husband tried to do. When he arrived at their office, it was closed due to Covid19 and the return box was sealed. We have been waiting for their office to open back up to drop off their equipment. We just recieved a collection's notice! REALLY!?nI call the office again, having to fight the automated system to get a real person on the phone. She explains the option for mailing it in and confirmed all offices will remain closed until further notice due to Covid19. This is horrible service! We were good customers for years and this is how we are treated. They could have easily sent a letter explaining all of our options since apparently we had more than one. My opinion: I believe they hope you trash the equipment so they can get extra fees out of you. They tell you, you don't owe any equipment, then later bills you for the equipment. They really need to work on their communication skills, since they are a communications company.

The tech that came out was 2&1/2 hours late then was very rude to both of us. Left after about 1hour said he hooked up box would take about 30minutes to download,that he had to get going at 5:30 left us with writing the wifi name and the password on box .Told him we didnt know all about that he told us to get 1of our kids to help he didn't know what to tell us& was gone. New service hookup for internet & doesn't work..

The service is terrible! The customer service is even worse! I would not even give one star if it were possible! Do not recommend this company for ANY service!

I’m having a lot of trouble with this company. I called the company several times. My phone has been out for a week working another week. My internet had been out as well. I call and no technician can come out until Wednesday. Meaning no internet from Friday until Wednesday. My business involves the internet and phone. They can’t reimburse me my salary due to this awful service. I need these service just in case of a health emergency for a child. They stated that it’s a problem in your area they are working on it 24 hours a day and we can’t give you a estimated time to get the problem resolve.
