I just want to say that I never actually saw the Dr, nope.. never made it that far. The initial phone call, just to ask a simple question regarding insurance, was met with rudness from a staff member. Just to let ya'll know, first impressions matter. If the staff is bad, what does that say about the practice? I actually spent time to log into my google account correctly to post this, I really hate to just be hung up on. There was nothing cordial about the person, at all.

Excellent doctor actually takes time to listen to your problems. Not worried about running in and out listens to the patient

I go to specialists in Houston, Dallas and New Orleans, but there is no better primary care physician in North Louisiana, than Dr. Cox, bar non.
