Absolute great place to buy a car and the people are really helpful and willing to help anyway they can. I just purchased my second car from LA Auto Sales and have been satisfied with both. They are exactly what I was told they were and had no hidden surprises. Will definitely buy another car from them when I’m ready for a new car

We bought a 2013 Chevrolet Traverse. It seemed to have no problems upon test driving. Then that night it shut down completely stranding us for over an hour. We tried to get in touch with the dealership. No one would respond to calls or text. We then called them and it took over a week before they finally acknowledged us. They sent us to their mechanic where we were told the warranty they sold us wouldn’t cover the electric issue we were told it would. Then instead of paying to fix the problem they knew about before selling the vehicle they wanted us to pay for it but eventually agreed to pay half. This place is not an honest business.

The saleslady working there was great! The owner/manager is not...We got a firm price on a car when we went back & found that the spare tire didn't have a rim he went up 250.00 trying to say it was normal car dealer cover charge. They claim to be the home town folks,if they are they mean there folks not customers... Sad way to try to do business. Do not go here if you want honest people to do business with...

The salesman gave me wrong information about the car when I asked the year. He gave me a newer year then it actually was. I pointed out some small manner things that were broken. The salesman had a very kind tone. He said don't worry, he would repair the things. I did buy the car and he allowed me to leave the car at dealership in order for repairs he promised to be taken care of. When I came to check on repairs, he denied making the agreement with me and the kind tone had disappeared.. So I made a complaint. Upon hearing of the complaint, He phone me kinda upset saying, he's a Christian and doesn't do unchristian things. He agreed again to take care of the repairs that I felt he denied me. However on the date he stated he would check on, and or do the repairs he never contacted me again. My opinion is, kindness after the sale should be important as well.
