Eggs ! (04/02/2021)

Person bagging my groceries thought my first groceries belonged to the person before me? She went outside with my groceries (couldn’t see what was in the bag) I paid for them because they were scanned first. Get home. I’m missing groceries that are on my receipt. The only thing they offer to do is keep my frozen item up at customer service so I can turn back around and come get them. Even offered me to come back tomorrow and get them & that they’d keep them cold. I didn’t leave my groceries, she took them out the building & didn’t bring them before I got back. Didn't ask for my receipt or anything when I came to get them. All the ladies in the bakery are the best though, care a whole lot & are super nice & understanding. Give them a raise & learn a thing or two from them (for your customer service department).

My first visit to Rouse's off of Burbank was on 12/10, and let me say I was totally impressed. The store is clean, well stocked and the employees are very courteous and helpful. This store has everything you need and then some. The prices are very reasonable. This store is a jewel in Baton Rouge!

A little overpriced, but they always have enough registers open, so that makes up for it.nParking lot is tight. Carts always clean. Employees are usually helpful.nnThey do not have much selection for vegetarian foods.nThey do have a decent assortment of nonalcoholic beers.nNot much variety of fruits & vegetables.

crawfish, freshly cooked at 3, bought at 4:30. i have never seen so many broken crawfish in a lb in my life. 85% of them were WAY too small to harvest/cook. the bottom 3rd was nothing but broken heads and claws/legs that fell off after the 'cook' chopped them all up in boil. they have no business selling crawfish. wildlife and fishery should investigate.

This store has it TOGETHER!!! The employees are wonderful❤ufe0f. I ordered flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for a homesick college student. What a wonderful surprise they worked with the delivery company and had everything ready for pick up. They even texted me the flower arrangement, where can you get service like this?!?!? Donna and the bakery team brought joy to my daughter and I am grateful for each one sharing their talents with my family and the best grocery store in town.
