I love Rouses, they are one of my favorite Grocery stores. They always have great sales prices. I'm there at least three times a week for lunch or groceries. One of my favorite employees is Mrs. Nikita King I first met her in Rouses deli department but today she was working in seafood. Always smiling offering a kind word and letting you know what items Rouses has on sale for the week. I came in looking for something to prepare for dinner and thank God for her helping me. These days It is hard to find good custmer service. i would love to see more employees like Mrs. King at your stores
Staff is rude.. they do not care about how they make their food or customer service, Staff doesn’t stay in there station like the bakery.. nones ever really there, sometimes the cashiers are on their phone and not paying attention behind the candy rack, quality of food isn’t that great. Only good quality food item is the sushi.nI’ve given this rouses multiple tries but they keep disappointing me.

I spent most of the day calling around to local markets looking for something specific, even whole foods only to receive horrible customer service. So a big thank you the Martha in customer services! She is absolutely amazing!
