THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE TO HUMANS. IT IS SUPPOSE TO HELP YOU IN FINDING OUT WHAT'S GOING ON IN THE PRISONS INSTEAD THEY ARE IN FACT HELPING.COVER UPS.VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Do not bother calling if you have any questions. Extremely unhelpful and rude. I cannot imagine that many people enjoy answering phones all day, but being rude to strangers who are confused is the most unprofessional way to handle your dissatisfaction.
