I had to notify the owners of this company to prevent further mistreat by one of the Assistant physical therapist who was so hostile and intolerant towards that her behavior almost prompted me to write to the Board of Medicine. She tried to make me undress in front of a room of people for one of the treatments, and this was just one of her the many mistreatments I suffered when working with her.nThe disappointing part is the physical therapist did not recognize that my injury was progressively worsening and she lied on the paperwork sent to the insurance and doctor, saying that I was healed. I was not healed and because of her incompetence, had to seek legal assistance to fight my insurance company to pay for more care. The “cured” injury now requires surgery. My advice, don’t go to this place and don’t refer your patients. Find a PT with a PhD who knows what they are doing and stand up for your dignity. The excuse by a staff member gave me, for the other women’s bad was, “Well, this is the South”. My response was “Honey I was raised in the South and I was never taught to try to disrespect the dignity of a person in such a manner.”

I don’t know what others have said, but I’ve seen that the staff are very courteous and professional when interacting with patients. My experience at Moreau was pleasant and would definitely recommend to anyone.

MY experience with Moreau was very positive. I accomplished the goals we had set and the staff was very friendly and helpful.i would return if necessary.
