This is the worst place with the worst workers. They can't help with nothing. Why are they there? They want me to keep filling out applications when I sent my verification on time! They still denied me for not sending it on time. This is the worst place ever!

No one answers the phone. Then when I complained to the people in the Alexandria Louisiana office. The women were very rude and had passive nonchalant attitudes towards my problems

For what ever it's worth this automation number is not worth S____ I tried to speak to a person pressed all the right numbers to be put in to a loop never speaking to no one then I tried the local number which is the wrong number to new Iberia location to make it worst there location is on the most out skirt region of the city making it hard for those with out transportation no where near those with need of food stamps they should be relocated in the middle of downloader to those in need of their services now I'm mad as heck and need to speak to some one

Don't try using this number. I've tried contacting their customer support office for 3 days in a row by either phone or messages and I cannot get through to anyone. I will be contacting my state representative and governor's office to file a complaint. I suggest everyone who is having an issue do the same.

Have tried multiple time to have the incorrect information that was added to my DCFS account! Apparently a child isn't considered and being laid off is a form of income! All emails and questions submitted have been ignored! Now they are issuing snap amounts but have lowered mine again for the 3rd time this month with no notice or reason, March 2020, so I wont receive the actual amount my child and myself should receive! Both reports of change have been pending for 2 weeks!! My benefit amount was lowered after I filed a complaint that still hasn't been answered!!!!!
