I previously purchased furniture from La-Z-Boy and loved my choices until August 2016 flood. Ms. Barbara was very helpful with finding the best materials for my new den furniture. When I described what I wanted she quickly found just what I described. She was able to answer all my questions about the pieces I purchased and made great suggestions. Many thanks for all the help!!
Very friendly. Called them with old la-z-boy chair model number. They told me that still made the same model 14 years later. One with memory foam and one with the normal foam. Told me how many that were in stock and had both foam types on the floor to try out. After deciding the foam type, I was quickly loaded up and headed home with my chair. Joseph did an amazing job helping throughout the entire process!!
So great! Brandon was so nice and patient with me. He made us a deal we couldn’t pass up. We left with the most comfortable and beautiful couch that I’ve found in all of BR! Very pleased with my purchase.

I can only rate from the experience of buying and their knowledge.. Which was great. I can not rate any higher due to the fact that I do not have the furniture and they had to quote me 30 weeks for the expectation of it. When I receive the furniture and it works out.. Then I will come back and rate 5 stars.nnThe woman that helped me when we paid for our furniture was informative.
