I am grateful to the team for opening an hour early to accommodate me and my compromised immune system, I initially spoke with Kylie on the phone, and she was very helpful. She helped arrange someone to meet with me before opening hours to help protect me from being exposed to C19. She was very friendly. The Sales person Jason was very helpful and attentive. He moved chairs from place to place to see if it was a match, and took his time with me. My financing representative Robert took the time to make sure I was selecting the appropriate plan. He was very informative and seemed to be empathetic and a great listener. Thank you Everyone for your excellent service of going above and beyond. I’m looking forward to receiving my beautiful new sectional.

I’m so happy I chose to shop for my new apartment here. I didn’t know where to shop but this place had great reviews and I see why! Customer service is everything! When you go ask for Matt Carroll! He was nice and professional! Knows his stuff. There were so many great selections and he took his time and helped me. I got exactly what I needed. Matt’s the best!

Today my husband and I went shopping for decor for our home. Marcie was exceptionally helpful and professional. Her goal was to ensure that we were happy with our choices. Marcie provided us with several options and she was very patient. She made our day and we’re so excited about our new home decor! Overall excellent customer service!

I recently purchased a home and was in need of some chairs to go with my couch that I already had. The store is huge and very thoughtfully put together! In these trying times all associates wore their masks. I had the privilege of having Warren help me find chairs. He patiently looked at the pictures of my couch and listened as I explained the color and style I was looking for. He found the perfect chairs (I bought two of the same) to go in my new living room!!! He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and funny. Thanks to Warren I had a great experience and I will be back to ask for him whenever I need more furniture!!!

I cannot say enough about Angelle...she is extremely knowledgeable about the products she is selling and makes you feel immediately at home, with no pressure selling, which I love and respect! Her concern was always about me and what I could afford comfortably and not about her commission. Again, a very attractive quality that more sales people should adopt! I was emotional when I enter the store in need of an adjustable bed for my very ill elderly sister who is coming to live with me. Angelle, was like a member of my family, concerned about my needs and my sisters needs and found the perfect bed and the perfect price to made this a very pleasant experience. Angelle will be my go to person when shopping at Rooms to Go, because I trust her opinion and I know she will do whatever she can to make everything go smoothly!
