Today, I had an appointment at 9:30 a.m. I missed the appointment and called to reschedule. The lady that answered the phone gave me another appointment time for that same day; which I am very thankful for. After thanking her, she hung up the phone without saying anything! I had to think back and realize this office is NEVER professional! They need to be forced to get more training on phone etiquette and patient satisfactory!

Terrible cash only clinic, receptionist may be the rudest person alive, not to mention her serious mental challenges, this place is absolutely sickening.
