One of my favorite places to stop when cruising the Cape on my bike. Usually stop at The Deli, at the intersection of 6A and Tupper Rd just before the visitors center (they make great sandwiches), then eat lunch on one of the benches along the canal. Peaceful, relaxing, and enjoyable watching the boaters pass by.

We parked here to get on the Cape Cod Canal bikeway. The place was closed due to Covid but there was ample free parking space. There’s also a restaurant nearby (Seafood Sam’s) if you needed a bite.

Beautiful place; great for fishing, walking, biking or sitting on the beach! Sunset is usually picture worthy with clear skies!
