This is a true story I have used Dodge vehicles since the early 70’s ! I now own a 2012 Ram . Had check engine light come on went to O’reillys run test,showed number 8 miss fire, I changed out all eight coils. Still showed miss fire so now changed out fuel injector, still showing miss fire . I then brought truck to A J Dohrmann Plaquemine. They checked it out called me reported that I would need to change out push rods. Rocker arms .cam shift and timing gear/ chain. Over $4000.00 I blow a Gasket. Was charged $390.00 Parked truck for a while! Than took over to a small shop in Plaquemine (Joe Lewis) to do the work, I get a Call three/four days from Joe Telling me to come get my truck it was ready. They found a wire broke in the wiring harness! Cost $275 Truck runs great!! I went back to A J Dohmann Talked to manager asked for refund, No was his answer!!! So I drove to A J Dohmann in Berwick Talked To Joey Dohmann told him the story. He went got (vin Number) interred it in computer found that I was over charged over $200.00 But was not refunded for the missed diagnosis!///I tried to contact you as you asked on your response !

The absolute worst! My family member purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram truck that broke down after 8500 miles! Then to top it off Hurricaine Delta is enroute, his RV and livelihood in the direct path of said storm yet they still have not provided a replacement vehicle, nor repaired whatever default their 2020 truck has!! He sits and waits for the Hurricaine now in an rv that he cant move without a truck!! Meanwhile we his family pray he is spared!. Can you say LAWSUIT!!I hope karma catches up to the criminals working in this dealership!!
