Sonic Drive-In

It has been a few years since I have been to this sonic location figured I would give it a try once more and I was let down once again. I do not know how this establishment has the rating it has when almost any time you go there the service is very poor. You would guess the owners would eventually get tired of having multiple badd reviews and change management or staff but evidently year after year that is not true....The owners of this establishment could care less how their business treat their customers. Every time I have ever been there I've had a bad experience. This would be my final time and I will never go there again regardless of what management or the owners do with the place

I inquired about New Burger and decided not to try it but like the grilled onion idea. Guy taking order suggested to have onions grilled on the type burger I preferred. It was a great idea but they forgot to grill them. I was disappointed

Food is great and service couldn't be better.

If this is the one I'm thinking about in Plaquemine Louisiana that I went to, the service was absolutely horrible. When we went to take our order the lady completely misunderstood everything we said which is a simple mistake and is okay but we just wanted our stuff. When we got to the window after waiting about 10 minutes, she gave us the completely wrong stuff. We tried to explain to her that it was wrong and she just decided to argue with us and kept telling us that we owed more money and that she wasn't going to give us what we actually ordered. We sat there and asked over and over again nicely if we could get the regular things that we ordered and she just kept arguing with us. When all we just simply wanted the food that we originally ordered in which we already paid for. Finally they gave us our stuff after getting really mean with us. We weren't rude to them all we wanted was our food. We were traveling out of state and visiting graves and we're really upset and just wanted some Sonic and all they did was argue. Really bad service and the food wasn't really that great either... The only thing I enjoyed was my blast. Thanks for the ice cream though! That was very good though it had a hole in the bottom of it and it got all over my clothes... ud83dude2d I don't usually put up bad reviews but I'm just telling you honestly what happened to us after Sonic in Plaquemine Louisiana.

Food was good and hot, but service was really slow. Took more than 30 minutes to arrive at my car after order was placed
