Celebrity Theatres

Please do not be deceived by the average rating of this theater. I would not consider it a 4/5 stars personally. It is, at its best, an average viewing experience. In my experience, the staff is very friendly and are not to blame for any inadequacies, outside of a sometimes unclean theater or bathroom (though not the worst I have experienced).nnMultiple theaters here have bad screens and / or projectors (stains on the screen, out of focus or dim projector, etc) and they don't turn the theater lights all the way off during viewing, meaning it can be difficult to see what is going on, especially during really dark scenes. For example, the first scene of Black Panther, I literally had no idea what was going because he's in a dark suit during the night, the screen might as well have been turned off.nnIn short, if you have kids or you're going with some friends to watch a movie you don't particularly care about or aren't very interested in, then this theater is okay, especially if you can save a buck and go on $5 movie night, but if you are invested in the movie or want a better overall viewing experience, spend the extra gas money to go to Monroe.

On each of my last two visits something was wrong with the projection system or the screen (or both). The first time the picture was extremely dark throughout the whole movie. On Friday, the picture was fuzzy (like watching through gauze or watching images projected on a bed sheet). Also there was a bright spot in the middle of the screen that was extremely distracting. A real shame since the movie (1917) supposedly features great cinematography.

The workers are nice, the bathrooms are clean, and the seats are comfortable. Only problem is that when I went to see 1917, there appeared what to be a giant grease stain on the middle of the screen in theater 4. It was super annoying to have to see through the whole movie! Please fix this!

Great experience. The concession lines were long but was understandable because it was their busy time of the day. The people working concession were very nice. The theatre was very clean. Had a great time with my daughter and 2 grandchildren watching Toy Story 4.

The only reason I don't give it five stars is the overpriced buttered cardboard they try to pass off as popcorn. The theaters and bathrooms are very clean. The seats are also pretty comfortable.
