We love Johnson's Furniture. They have unique pieces and a great selection. They even have pieces in stock! We contacted them on their Facebook page about a piece and they messaged us right back. Their delivery drivers were 5 stars too! They called with a time estimate and showed up when they said. They were careful with our home and with our new furniture. Very professional guys and friendl . Highly recommend!

We bought furniture at the beginning of the year, and we loved it. Was delivered broken, but they were super quick to getting us taken care of. Not only were they quick they were very polite and took what we said and didn’t hesitate to get it fixed. We are so glad we decided on the furniture we have now. Really makes our house feel like a home!

I had an awesome experience on the sales floor with my associate Logan. He had us in and out within 30 minutes. The warehouse pickup was the downfall of my experience at Johnson’s. I spent over two hours in the warehouse trying to get my furniture. It took them at least an hour to find all of my furniture pieces and unwrap them for inspection before loading. Then things got delayed when they repeatedly tried giving me broken or damaged pieces after I had just spent lots of money on a bedroom set. A worker showed the warehouse manager a nightstand that was cracked and I overheard them discussing it. Well they then tried to give me that exact broken nightstand they were just talking about. Needless to say I left very frustrated with the warehouse service.
