aarons are far by better then the previous furniture store RENT ONE I dealt with they make it easier for you to rent from them and make you feel like you are accepted even with the smallest income and I really appreciate them for being so understanding and patience with me as a customer. They have the best deals and the monthly price isn’t through the roof like other furniture stores .

I've been paying on a refrigerator for almost two years. When we first got it our expirence was great. Something has gone wrong in this store since then with the employees. Everytime I get a reminder phone call the woman who leaves a message is beyond rude if you can even understand her. She talks to fast and does not use proper English. I've never been able to distinguish her name on the messages. She skips words and runs everything together. I've had a broken light in it for months that they have yet to service. When we've called about it her attitude is horrible. It's like we are a huge inconvenience and she can't be bothered with a light even though it's in our contact they fix any issues such as that. It's not only one person. Everyone I've delt with there in the last year is rude. While on the phone with a gentleman a few months ago I could hear other employees cussing and screaming in the background. If we hadn't have been in such a bind I never would have got under a contract with them. We've paid triple what the refrigerator was worth and we're still not done paying on it.

Went shopping today for furniture. Hit every store in Minden, sad to say this place truely needs to TOTALLY overhaul the staff...nThe most rude, inconsiderate and most disrespectful individual I ran across today, here's to you TERRY!
