I drove all the way from DFW Texas to pick up a 2021 F150, Nathan has been really helpful and patient when it came to the ordering process, and when it was time for pick up, both Nathan and Savanna made the process quick and easy as soon as we arrived. Unlike other dealerships that took me hours to finally finish a deal, this was definitely a breeze, and customer service is definitely worth the drive

Stop your search, stop talking to other Ford dealerships and call Doug Smith at Hebert Ford. I wasted my time speaking to more than a dozen dealerships across the Nation and immediately knew that I had found the right dealership. Most dealerships were not only flaky on returning calls, unwilling to negotiate in good faith, but they were being greedy due to the short supply of Ford F250s. Hebert Ford is an old school, customer first dealership where you really do feel like you are part of their family. Their was no haggling over the price; it was fair from the first offer they put on the table. Doug facilitated the delivery of my truck from Louisiana to Dallas where I met I picked up the vehicle and was greeted by a very pleasant member of their dealership.nBottom line: great deal and great experience.

I called to make an appt to get my truck serviced as they are local. The woman I talked to was such a B@#$th that I will never let them touch my vehicle. If they talk to potential customers in such fashion, they obviously don’t need or want my business. Unacceptable.

They were absolutely no help with making sure my insurance paid for all parts damaged in accident. AC compressor damaged and these idiots won't back our claim. Fenders do not line up correctly with hood. If you want your car fixed go someplace else. They are far from professional

I drove from East TN (10 hours) to purchase a 2020 Navigator. I made the entire deal and financing by phone/text with Doug Smith. When I arrived at the dealership, they had everything ready for a quick, and easy deal. Even with the drive, I will purchase again from Doug!
