Bryce was our guide on a swamp tour and it was awesome. He told informative stories and we learned a lot about the swamp and the animals living in it. Would highly recommend.
Very rude.nI called and asked about a tour. He said haven't you heard there is a national pandemic. Stay home. Then hung up.nMy guess is his business was subsidies by tax payers who have to work during this pandemic. Maybe he could use a tour of a family that works.
Had family come in from out of town. Was trying to set up a swamp tour before the hurricane Laura hit. Person on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. Asked us if we were serious. NOT RECOMMENDED! Go somewhere else!
Bryce is a rare individual. He fills you with so much information so fast, it's hard to believe. A big part of why is that he so clearly cares about the lake and swamp; he is fully engaged and not remotely disinterested in the knowledge he's shared who knows how many times.nAs things worked out, it was a private tour for the two of us, and I don't think a couple of Canadians could have asked for better conditions.nWe certainly could not have had a better guide. Go if you can!
