Dales has suffered from a huge drop in business as the local population has reduced since 2015. The nursery area is no longer growing any flowers and the whole facility is a bad state of maintenance. Service quality is poor due to lack of staff which is due to insufficient income, so is not likely to improve.nI think this place will be closed shortly.

If there was an option to put 0 I would. They don't deliver what they advertise. Half dead flowers and slow delivery time. How is it possible that almost 1 month in advance a bouquet was purchased, yet was delivered at almost 10pm on the day it was supposed to be sent? Don't give people a guarantee that something will be delivered between 2- 5pm if there's a chance it will be sent at 10pm. Also, how is ot possible they couldn't get gerbera daisies yet they were on sale at the grocery store rouses?
