The store the bus stop is at is very nice, but the bus is always late.
If I could I would give them no stars, I went to change the ticket and the Lady says, You have to pay 20.00 to change the day. I'm like I paid for the flexible ticket. They do not like their jobs, let along are nice about helping you. It may get frustrating but you still need to do your job and be professional about it. I will NEVER do business with GREYHOUND ever again in life. They do not help you let along explain anything. Customer service sucks. They could just close down and call it a day because this is just sad and pathetic,.
