Closed on the sale of our home last friday and still have not been funded. As others mentioned, no return calls, no return emails. Did not do their due diligence to be sure all documents were approved. Have been sent multiple requests for wet signatures because eSignature was not acceptable. Absolutely dropped the ball. Have told my realtor that they should consider other options in the future. Just a brutal experience.

Worst Title Company ever!!!! Employees are sweet. Their business systems and processes are horrible. They are understaffed, don't answer phone, don't return voicemail or email. I thought it was a one time thing, so I used them again. NEVER again!!!! So frustrating!
