My old State Farm agent had retired and so my account got passed on to Buddy Shaw and his rep Andrew Morrison had called and gone over my entire insurance policy with me in much more depth than my old agent. he was very professional and educational. he even informed me of a hospital income policy that I was unaware I had and helped me claim a benefit I was entitled to! I feel much more comfortable and educated than I ever had before with other insurance companies. will be sticking with State Farm for years to come because of this experience

The entire team and staff was very helpful overall but Luis Rios was an outstanding team member. He really took his time with me taking in all my questions and concerns and explaining the solutions to every one of them. Very satisfied!
