If I could leave less stars I would have. The absolute worst customer service ever! I entered after my husband and I noticed a free wine tasting sign. We are from out of town and love wine, we were going to buy some for friends and ourselves. The lady who was there assisting other customers was busy so we patiently waited and looked around never greeted or asked if we needed help. After the couple left, who by the way were treated very nicely. I started to tell her what I was looking for and asked what recommendations she had, of course none. Thereafter we asked to try a sample where she poured an amount equivalent to a spit. Then I asked to taste another wine since the sign said 3 free tastings. She then poured it into the same plastic shot cup with an another amount exactly like the last . If you are a wine drinker then you know never to pour a different blend of wine using the same glass. So for me, If this is the person you have handling the front of your store you are probably losing lots of business. I am a professional who prides myself in hospitality and I heard so much about southern hospitality, however your store front showed the exact opposite example of that. And such a shame because I came on my trip looking to spend lots of money and support small local businesses during this pandemic.
Great place. Kind employees. Friendly owner. Free wine tasting was awesome. Bought a bottle from the tasting. Yummy. Reasonably priced wine.
Bought from here twice, great staff and even better wine.
I love sweet wine and this has the best Blueberry wine I’ve had. The Apple wine is delicious too. Friendly staff and free wine tasting. I’ll be back.iil
