Highly recommend Georgia Customs, Inc.! Nicholas understands and practices good customer service AND provides quality work. Nicholas and his crew recently reconfigured my back deck to accommodate a major landscaping project. They were responsive, on time, conscientious and very communicative. I would trust Georgia Customs to work on my home again.

Be forewarned that Nick Goodwin “NE Georgia Customs” is NOT LICENSED as a contractor in Georgia.nnI wouldn't recommend Nick Goodwin or NE Georgia Customs to my worst enemy. If there was an option for zero stars, I would have given that rating.nnWe hired Nick Goodwin/NE Georgia Customs for a midsized renovation that commenced in early February. Part of the project (replacing flooring in a detached garage apartment) was to be completed by February 25 so that we could move in while the remainder of work was completed in the main house. We paid him half of the project up front (a little over $16,000)nnUp until a few days before move in, Nick Goodwin/NE Georgia Customs reassured us that the work in the apartment would be completed.nnMy wife and I pulled up to our home with a 27- foot truck full of our belongings only to find the flooring in the garage apartment and the main house ripped up and partial demo to a shower and closet. It was not habitable.nnWe called Nick several times and we finally got a text back (not even a call like a decent person would). He proceeded to say rude and vile things to my wife via email and text. (We have screenshots.)nnAt this time, Nick Goodwin/NE Georgia Customs blocked my wife and I from texts and abandoned the job. His utter lack of not only professionalism but simple human decency is astonishing.nnHe did less than $3,500 worth of work and is refusing to refund anything. He left his eyesore of a trailer on our property.nnWe filed a police report for theft of services and are currently filing a lawsuit to recoup not only the portion of the renovation that he failed to complete, but for the $10,000 in rental fees that we incurred while our current contractor -- a competent, professional, and skilled craftsman -- completes the work.nnIf you need any additional information, please email me. Nick and his crew recently demolished and rebuilt my back deck. They did a phenomenal job! From the beginning, Nick seemed very knowledgeable about deck construction and gave me way more details about what needed to be done when compared to the other companies I received quotes from. The guys on the crew were respectful and very hard workers. Nick also honored his word with the original quoted amount even after running into lumber shortages caused by the current pandemic. He started and ended the project on the quick timeline he originally promised. I am very happy with my new deck and know it not only adds value to my home but beautifies it as well. I highly recommend Georgia Customs.

We had a very positive experience, from start to finish! Great attention to detail, high quality workmanship, very reliable and responsive. I highly recommend Nick and his team! We will use them again in the future.

Georgia Customs just renovated a guest house for us. Nicholas and his team were always transparent, communicative, competent and friendly. The completed work is outstanding and looks great. They went above and beyond for us. High quality experience from start to finish!
