Kenny Hill was my technician and he was extremely knowledgeable on how to attack a rodent issue we are having. He helped me re-bait some traps i already had down and gave me some insight on how to set them up more effectively. He was super thorough inside as well as outside.

Ramona and Ricky are the most knowledgeable Pest Control technicians I have ever seen. I own several properties and I've used many different pest control companies but I'll never use another as long as Ramona and Ricky are working for Knox. Knowledgeable courteous bend over backwards to help you out. I never enjoyed having passed but they make it tolerable. Great job Ricky and Ramona. I hope I don't need you again but when I do I'll call you again if I could give a 10 star rating I would good job

Do not recommend them they are expensive and does not kill the pests.
