A great company offering a wide variety of flooring options. They work with you to get your orders, and the customer service team is very friendly and informative. They go above and beyond to make sure you get your orders in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them for any hardwood, vinyl, or surface flooring.

I use a lot of flooring. this company had a brand I really liked to install. since the company I was buying from was going out of business they gave me the name of this company to contact directly. I was never ask any questions about my business but was no they wouldn't sell to my company. they called out a few names of my competitor's that I could buy thru. they never ask if I had a tax number business license or made any effort to learn anything about my company who we were or what we did. I did find another vendor for my flooring.

Michael Larson,nnI am so sorry for your delay here. The dispatch from the trucking company did not have the correct paperwork and sent you to the wrong location. I remember this day because I am the person that helped you. This was a direct ship order and nothing was coming from my location.

SAT here for 3 hours trying to figure out what load was supposed to be picked up nobody knows anything and is very unorganized now since the fire
