I've been here numerous of times, Chris and Jordan always take cares of my guitar. He set up my first Strat and it plays amazing ever since. Recently brought a new guitar and had him set it up, it plays absolutely amazing. The shocking thing was Chris literally grabbed the neck and knows exactly what radius it was. Job done is excellent each and every time and extremely consistent. Definitely will come by in the new future!

The owner is extremely knowledgeable in various instruments. I play guitar and use LaGrange Music Factory to intonate and tune my guitars as well as restring them. He does an incredible job! He goes through and cleans and details all of the electronics and hardware; every time I get my guitars back they look brand-new new! I believe he even polishes the bodies! He is an accomplished musician in his own right and teaches lessons. I look forward to every visit, The pricing is extremely competitive for the work that is put into the instruments! I have nothing but praise for this business.
