The best experience I have had renting a car. The process was simple and Greg is awesome. He had me in and out in 5 minutes. I will definitely be coming back!
Greg was very accommodating and friendly! Ran into a couple issues with my debit card but he assured me that my rental would be ready as soon as those issues were taken care of! Thanks Greg!
By far THEE WORST rental experience I've ever had & I've rented cars from them countless times over the years. Extremely unprofessional during the reservation process. Was charged the same day for rental instead of during pickup & 2 days later was called and told vehicle I reserved was not at the location I needed. Customer service was TRASH. Talked to 4 different people, one of which was a supervisor & not one person was able to provide a feasible resolution for THEIR incompetence. Took almost a week to get the funds back into my account. I will NEVER rent a car through them again. One star is way too high for the experience I had. Truly disgusted.
Been renting for years and Greg Is by far one of the nicest people I’ve ever rented from. Service is quick and easy and they find the best match for you. Definitely will be renting from again if not already! 5 stars not enough!
Excellent service. Very efficient and didn't have to wait. Greg was professional and courteous both at pick up and return. Highly recommend this location.
