Reserved a midsize car and received the size smaller due to cars not being available. People were returning cars and the lady at the desk was calling customers asking if they were going to extend their rentals that were due back the day I was renting.nI was told there were three people ahead of me and that I could be placed in a car smaller that was available.nI didn't mind, but wanted to be comfortable because of my height. The Toyota Corolla was alright, but there were spots on the steering wheel, doors, seats, ceiling and there was an odor in the vehicle. I stopped and got an air freshener as I was heading out of town.nI received a call the next day asking about the rental and I explained my experience. I was told that I could stop at another center and get a different car! Now, the whole purpose of me reserving a car was to get what I reserved and go on my trip...NOT TO STOP SOMEWHERE ELSE AND GET ANOTHER ONE!nUpon returning the vehicle at the end of my trip and explaining my experience, I was told that I could get 10% off of my next rental...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I MADE MY RESERVATION AT 5AM YESTERDAY FOR 1PM.I WENT AND CHECKED IN 4:00 CONES AND THEY TELL ME THEY HAVE A CAR AVAILABLE BUT ITS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE ONE I RESERVED ONLINE .SO THEREFORE THE CAR I WANTED THEY DIDNT HAVE THEN TRIED TO CHARGE ME 60.00 MORE DOLLARS...nI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Unfortunately even though I had a pre booked vehicle I still had to wait an hour and half to pick up my car. Don't go to the Lagrange location on a Monday as that is when the have alot of insurance claim cars going out. The staff were friendly and helpful but the just couldn't cope with the volume of returns and outgoing vehicles on a Monday.

Our experience with Enterprise was very pleasant. Our rental was ready for pick up and the process was fast and easy. Our agent was very professional and he took his time to show me the vehicle's functions. The pricing for the weekly rental was reasonable. I recommend using them for your next vehicle rental!
