I have used Dixon Pest Control for over 22 years. Their technician, Michael Fletcher, did me a tremendous favor yesterday. I came to the house as Michael was getting ready to leave. He had performed a service for us that is not in his job description. I probably would never had known, if I hadn't caught him right then. The wind had blown one of our umbrellas, a glass table top, a heavy metal chair and a pillow into the pool. Michael took it upon himself to get into the freezing water and recovered the items. I need to add that the temperature was below freezing. Now tell me...how many people that perform a service for you at your house would have done that ? Now that's a great guy!nGeorge Gibbs
Dixon’s is always so easy to work with. The staff is very friendly. Michael did our termite inspection. He was on time and could not have been friendlier. Highly recommend for all your pest control needs!
I was notified by the technician (Chris) before his arrival, which was 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. He was very thorough and professional. He explained my service and what we can to to assist in preventing more issues. Very customer courteous.
