I DO NOT recommend this funeral home service at ALL! The owner Barbara Grooms has been rude and disrespectful to our family the entire week of our family member death. I simply, asked Barbara to make a change that was needed for my deceased family member. In her words, “ I gonna handle it!” In a aggressive tone which was not needed. Dealing with death is never an easy thing to do deal with. Our family need support and sympathy from this establishment not feeling degraded or belittled. I repeat! I DO not recommend this funeral home at all!!!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS FUNERAL HOME! The owner, Barbara Grooms is so rude. She has bad customer service, and had an attitude with our family during our entire experience. We are already having to deal with the lost of a loved one, and she made it worst. I will never do business again with this place, all because of her ! ud83dude21
