Terrible customer service. Will never return to this store.
A great alternative to Wal Mart; not as confusing nor as slow. I can walk in and get what I want and walk out... And the prices are similar, one is lower on some things and the other one is lower on other things.nnAnd the sales information I get is more specific and detailed.
Unfortunately this is the only Office Depot in Thomasville...on many occasions this location has not been accommodating to say the least, I have been going up there since Christmas to get a certain size box and to this day they still do not have them it’s always “coming on the next delivery” looks like the next delivery hasn’t showed up!!!! Honestly as a consumer and being that you are the only location that provide these items why is it so hard to have someone order them and have them in stock when needed!! There are other instances where I didn’t get my printing or they ran out of ink etc etc!! But I won’t go there. So I have to travel 40mins to another Office Depot in Tallahassee to get the items that this store never has and that has been on more than one occasion also!!!
