Absolutely awful service...now I know why elderly mother wants to change pharmacies. Never has meds ready even though they call and say they are. Have to leave everytime and upon returning still not ready or have no clue as to anything related to what was discussed earlier ....ridiculous. 1 individual is very nice but can't help how others act. So sad....

I was on hold 50 minutes, trying to reach the pharmacy to update insurance information. I knew it would take a long time since I called at a busy time, 5:30 pm, but didn't expect it to be 50 minutes. However, kudos to Cam the pharmacy tech who was excellent! I could tell she was busy but she was still pleasant and polite. Giving Cam 5 stars, giving the CVS management 1 star.

Please explain to me how I receive a text that my kids meds are ready but when I get here it's still gng to be 15 min. Ridiculous it was called in at 11 am it's 4:30 now. I may need to find a new pharmacy

Terrible customer service!! Called meds in 2 days ago and they are still not ready

Prescription call in 10 hrs before arrive, a simple antibiotic. Still was not ready.
