Love Cleveland Carpets! Just purchased serveral rooms of carpet and one room of LVP from them for our house. We couldnt be happier with Cleveland Carpets. From beginning to end it was a great experience. Extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. All aspects, from picking out the material, to the estimate of the entire job, to the installers (Josh, Will, and Aaron) we couldn't be happier. The installers moved our furniture with care and were truly craftsman at installing the carpet which was a little difficult because of the different shapes of our rooms. Can't go wrong dealing with the people at Cleveland Carpets. Would gladly buy from them again.

Very friendly and awesome to deal with. It doesn't get any better than this place! Huge selection of practically any type of flooring you would ever want or need.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS HONEST BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WERE RUN BY CHRISTIANS BUT DO NOT BE FOOLED. I WENT THERE TO BUY CARPET AND IT CLEARLY STATED THAT THE PRICE INCLUDED LABOR CARPET AND PAD. I ASKED THE EMPLOYEE IF THERE WAS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR MOVING THE FURNITURE AND SHE SAID NO UNLESS THERE WAS A VERY HEAVY ITEM. WHEN THEY CAME OUT AND DID THE ESTAMENT THEY HAD AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR MOVING FURNITURE PLUS ESTRA INSTALATION CHARGES. I CALLED THEM AND THE MAN WAS VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME . I WENT WITH HOME DEPO AS THEY AT LEAST WASH HONEST AND CHEEPER!
