Vanessa the so-called manager is ridiculous, rude and unprofessional. Great customer service goes a long way and she never presented that. She even hung up the phone in my face and her demeanor was ugly!

The female store Mgr very rude customer service suck, very unprofessional......Don’t do it
Giving two stars because of the one nice and friendly associate (Darren). Everyone else is rude and hard to deal with. We went in and started a lease and it took nearly 2 weeks to get us our TV after they kept giving different dates of delivery. The first day they attempted to deliver, they didnt let us know so we missed it and had to wait longer.
