Great staff, merch, and service!!
I noticed every time I come in this store . I never get customer service at ALL. I came and spend about 15 minutes in the store the employee was talking to each other ( which was 3 employee). NOT ONE OF THEM OFFER ME HELP OR GREETED ME AT ALL. WHICH THEY HAD ABOUT 4 PAIRS OF SHOE I WANTED THEY LOST A GREAT SALE DUE TO NO COMMUNICATION , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANCE. I WILL NEVER COME BACK THIS HAS HAPPENED ABOUT 4 OTHER TIME I HAVE CAME IN THIS STORE. SAD PART ABOUT IT AS I LEFT THE STORE THE YOUNG LADY SAID HAVE A GREAT DAY. AND ME AND MY SISTER WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE. BUT YET NO NOBODY WAS WILLING TO assist me.
Do not order anything online, I ordered a pair of Adidas somoa a week ago and haven't heard or received any shipping information about my order. I refuse to spend my hard earned money with this company again.
Kimberly cheeks is absolutely one of the most rudest employees ever that I have come in contact with her customer services skills are poor and she needs a class or two on answering the phone absolutely horrible again Kimberly cheeks
