Mailed my daughter a birthday card certified mail; it’s been a week! Tracking said it was delivered to a person but her mail goes to a cluster box, not a person! Can’t reach a human being on USPS customer service line for help!
Left a pair of $200 shoes by my mail box on a busy road in the rain... my drive way has a full turn around so you can easily get in and out. The box was obviously to big to fit in the mailbox. So when did they change the rules about leaving it on the porch when it doesn’t fit in the mailbox?
Packages are never delivered on time. It normally takes several more days once it arrives in Dallas to be delivered to me in Hiram only a couple miles down the road. No person ever picks up the phone, and the lines are always awful if you go in person. Unacceptable.
A warning to all who live nearby, DO NOT have your packages picked up at your door, especially returns. USPS picked up my package almost a month ago and never scanned in my package. Went to visit the local post office that picked it up and since they could not track it online their solution is to just wait for the package to hopefully be delivered. They did not bothering checking the back or anything to see if it was there or never processed. Don’t bothering trying to return or send out anything of value here if you want it to actually make it to its destination. They will take no responsibility and you’ll be out of luck.
Our mail is being delivered at anywhere between 7:30-8:30 pm daily if we get any at all!!! My meds are sitting in Forrest Park at the USPS Center and have been tracked to that location since January 7 2021. Today is January 21 2021!!! I have 4 days of medication left and absolutely NO one will assist me on getting them! Do I need to go to Forrest Park and sort through all the pallets to find them!!? This is absolutely unacceptable by any means!! You can’t keep using the COVID-19 excuse to cover up poor management and Postal Union laziness! Fix the problem and accept the responsibility for your failure!!
