It’s all about Customer service.. Ms. Lindsey Creek and the man who worked next too her was very rude to me I will never go back in there!! My husband is in the Army & i never had a problem sending care packages until now
I’ve never had so much mail and packages “lost “ or just simply not delivered as I have here in Columbus it’s absolutely insane!!! I get it can happen maybe occasionally but it’s pretty consistent .
Typical ghetto post office with rude staff. None of the staff has a sense of urgency or customer service skills. It's pointless filing a complaint since the union will protect the rude postal clerknI prefer to pay the extra money & use UPS.
Constantly late packages. I paid for GUARANTEED 2 days delivery but it still takes a week. They never answer calls.
This post office is conveniently located and the staff is always friendly I've been using this post office since I've been in Columbus and if never had any issue outside of finding parking. The only downside to this post office is it doesn't open early enough but it is conveniently located. The only issue I have where this location is they don't keep their boxes stocked cold outside
