Outstanding service with a pleasant interaction--fast & convenient!nVaccinations are administered with ease too...especially important for me because of fear I have for needles/shots!nI highly recommend this pharmacy and will remain a loyal customer as long as they continue their dedication to excellence!!!

Communication when there are questions is non existent; requested refill for medication (burn cream for a severe burn) when I arrived to pick up medication more than 24 hours after request, I was informed insurance would not allow refill for another 10 days. I was not given the opportunity to inform them I would pay out of pocket for medication without using insurance. Then told I would have to wait 20 minutes for prescription to be filled.nWhy would I not be called? Why do they assume the insurance option is the only option?

Everyone in the pharmacy are the rudest people I've ever experienced at a store of any type. They say that they'll have something ready for you within 2 hours and won't have it ready for 8. They're very rude every time you have to talk with them and they act like you're a problem and it's an inconvenience for them to have to fill your prescription. I would suggest using at least another Publix pharmacy but you'd probably be better off using a completely different pharmacy all together.

Wonderful store, always clean and organized, employees are cheerful and readily available to assist customers, and if the store doesnt carry a particular brand they will get it from another store or order it for you. Outstanding!

My prescription was electronically sent this morning at 915. I called the pharmacy at 930 to confirm that they would call me when my meds were ready, as I feel like grade A poop. They took my info and said yes, they’d notify me. 4 hours later, at 115, they still hadn’t tried to reach me, so I called, to find out that it was ready and had been ready. When I picked up, they never apologized or anything. And yes, I have insurance, so absolutely no excuse on their end for not doing their jobs. Not to mention, they weren’t doing a dang thing when I got there except shooting the you know what with each other. I will NOT be going there ever again. It’s one thing to not do your job, but it’s even worse to not own it and give your customer a measly I’m sorry! If I could give them negative stars I would. So, thank you Publix Pharmacy for helping me decide where Not to go!!
