We have been customers for 7 years and I just want to say we love them. If I see a bug in my house I can call. Granted in spring it tends to be one or two but I can call no matter what I see. They don't mind at all. They have the same guy come to my house each time, so it's never a stranger. They are always on time and with Covid they mask and glove while inside. The pest control is 100% safe for my cats and kids. I never have about worry that either. We had a nee company try to get us to switch and I just laughed. No one could beat the service they provide at Northwest or the guarantee.
