The technician Brandon is very professional and courteous. Every time he comes out to my LARGE property he makes sure that everything is covered and that I am happy with the service. It is always a pleasure to work with him. The prices for the service in on point and anytime I have an issue with a pests or needing more terminate traps as I add buildings they always accommodate. I wish all companies that I contact are this responsive and courteous when you call and they do not make you feel like you are a PEST when calling! Need more companies to follow this model and maybe they would get more customers. THANKS BRANDON YOU ARE AWESOME.

Ashley is the best and the most dedicated and attentive person that I have seen in this business. I had some horrible rodent infestation in the home that I was renting and I was almost in the process of terminating my lease due to the issue. I am terrified of rats beyond extreme. To begin with when Ashley came to my resident and did a full assessment on the outside, crawl space, thoroughly on the inside and in the attic. I was amazed at how she handled the situation. She found ways of entry and patched them up. She set bait blocks outside my home and left rat traps inside the home. Please know that once a whole is patched up rats continue to search for other ways of entry. The rat traps worked very well as it served as consistent backup. She advised me that she would come back and check on my resident and gave me an invitation to call her if I had any more problems. Seeing that I lived in an area with a very small backyard and behind my home was a stream and woods my home seem to be one of many homes that was an escape for rodents especially attempting to get out of the cold. However, I was still not accepting or comfortable with them living within my home. They were huge and as the rat traps did its job there was no way I could pick up a rat and throw it out so I called Ashley and her being so understanding of my fear of them she fit into her schedule to come out to remove the rat and check to see if they possibly found a new entry point. She did everything in her power to make sure that she covered all her basis to keep rats out of my home and keep me safe. She is a person that takes her profession very seriously. I was amazed that a woman would get into this line of work but she worked and did a better job than any man that I have came across. She made my home livable again and I just want to thank her from the bottom of my heart. If you have an issue with your home try to request Ashley. She is a tough cookie with the rodents and she keeps it honest with everything she does. I am also a firm believer that communication is the key and she always responds and lets you know up front what steps she will take and what can be done to reduce certain things from happening. Of course, we have to do our part as well and follow the suggestions being made. Thank you again Ashely you are the best!

I am so appreciative of the Massey Dallas office. In particular, my technician, Ashley, was wonderful. I had squirrels in my attic driving me crazy! The problem was over a year old. I contacted Massey. Their staff was very professional in helping me figure out what needed to be done. I used their recommendation to have an exclusion service on my gutters. Once that was done, Ashley took over. She was the most responsive service person I have ever encountered. She set the traps in my attic and caught 3 squirrels! This was over a 2 week period. She consistently kept in contact with me over this period to see if I was ok. Anytime I needed her she came. Her professionalism and service with a smile was refreshing. Had the service for years and requested an inside spraying last November. Ashley came out assessed the issue and recommended to have another deep cleaning done inside since the last time was years ago. Ashley was very professional and knowledgeable about what was causing the infestation and what to do to prevent the pest from coming in. Her work was A-1. She was always checking in to see how the progress was going on weeks after she came. Her dedication has really helped. I haven’t seen any signs of pest in about a month.
