Mr. Sam was the most friendly guy you could ever meet. I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped into his shop. I was looking for a used washer/dryer but didn't really know what kind I wanted. He took the time to show me quite a few options that would fit my budget. He was very patient, as I couldn't make up my mind. He never rushed me or anything. Once I made my selection, he loaded my truck in a flat minute. I felt good about my purchase and I will definitely go back if I need any kind of appliances. He has a very nice selection of new and used appliances and his prices are very reasonable. Good customer service goes a long way with me. Kudos to Sam's Used Appliances. Thank you sir.

Great customer service, nice used it new products. Bought a washer today and very very happy with service and their prices are cheapest around. We drove from a long ways because of word of mouth. Definitely will be back. Thank you guys!!!

I stop by and asked if they did repairs on washing machines and they said no and gave me a referral to a guy who does. That was greatly appreciated .I purchased a used washer to get me through the weekend. We brought it home and hooked it up and it doesn’t work. I called them because he told me it had a 30 day warranty. His response was how do I know you didn’t brake it?? So now I will still need to make repairs to my washing machine and out $150 dollars on a crappie used washer. So much for home town business support. This is why we buy from box stores.

I have bought appliances from Sam before, and haven't had a problem, but I just bought a new Amana washer and dryer set, it washed the first load fine, but the second load got stuck on the wash cycle, it drained and spun the load but wouldn't advance further, then the lights went out and it just doesn't do anything now. It has the manufacturer warranty but I have to wait 2 weeks for them to get here to fix it

We have been very happy with Sam! We bought a washing machine, and the first one we bought had problems. He was more than helpful in fixing the situation. He guaranteed his product, and we are more than happy with our washing machine! We will be buying from him again in the future when the need arises and highly recommend him to others!
